Couldn't have chosen a better place.
Aziz and his team couldn't have made us feel more welcomed. We felt as though we were in their home.
Upon arrival we were given mint tea and cookies.
I love the way mint tea is served.
The Breakfasts were excellent and very satisfying, and served with great attention to detail. Every morning they would ask us what kind of eggs we wished to have. They offered mint tea as well as coffee. It was a wonderful variety of offerings.
The riad was very clean and comfortable.
There were areas outside our room for relaxing both on the ground floor and second floor.
The outside pool was a refreshing ..and a beautiful area for relaxing.
On the morning of one of our tours they provided us with a takeaway breakfast because we were leaving very early, (the hot air balloon ride).
Aziz and his team were also a great source of local knowledge and advice about trips and tours, made calls for us when we had difficulty setting up a tour. Also gave us suggestions for restaurants that catered to traditional Moroccan food and international cuisine as well.
When we left to return back home, Othman helped us weigh our luggage (we purchased a "few" souvenirs). Reda brought our luggage down and out to our waiting driver.
We were very grateful for their help .
We learned a lot about Moroccan culture, religion and language.
We would love to come back!

You felt very secure with someone on the door 24/7 and the Riad was just a short walk to the souk.
Aziz and his team did everything to facilitate a great trip.
If you are planning a trip to Marrakech and want an authentic experience then I would highly recommend.

Aziz, the manager, went above... read more and beyond both before and during the stay, giving us great recommendations of places to see, dine and exchange money. I commented on the lovely tea glasses and he went and found some for me at a local shop. He set up rides from and to the airport and checked in each day to see what we needed. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very nice, and we had a lovely dinner our first night. They even saved the leftovers and served them to us the next day for lunch. It was like staying in a lovely home in the heart of the medina. It really made our stay special.
